The Spiral Stay Elbow Brace With Tennis Strap is made of our unique four-way stretch elastic sleeve. There is a spiral stay sewn onto each side for additional support and stabilization. Addtionaly there is a 1 ½" Velcro strap at the forearm for additional compression.
