The Plantar Fasciitis Active Support Wrap is made from soft, nylon lined foam that wraps around the ankle and closes with Velcro in the front. The Velcro allows you to adjust the wrap to accommodate your individual needs. There is a strap that goes under the foot where the arch and the heel meet that provides compression and lift to the muscles and tendons of the foot. The foot strap can also be adjusted with Velcro fasteners to accommodate you and your level of support required. It is recommended that for the best results you adjust the Plantar Fasciitis Active Support Wrap to provide a snug fit that will hug around both your ankle and your foot.
