The Alpha Medical plantar fasciitis compression sleeve helps support the plantar fascia ligament as well as the arches, foot, heel and ankle. The soft elastic material is comfortable while still providing soothing compression. Compression not only helps provide support but is can also reduce swelling and improve blood flow. Item comes in packs of one sleeve per pack. See size guide below for the correct size. Unused items can be exchanged or returned.

Application Instructions:
With the label end up, use both hands to pull the Ankle Support Brace up the foot until the heel is in the center of the knitted pattern.
Care Instructions:
The Ankle Support Brace can be machine washed with mild detergent. Lay the Ankle Support Brace flat to dry. Do not use a hot dryer or iron on the Ankle Support Brace.
