The Alpha-Lite Spiral Stay Open Patella Knee Brace is a knitted elastic pull on support with dual side stays and an open patella. The elastic used in this support is our unique 4-way stretch knitted elastic with anatomical shape for excellent comfort. The stays add medial and lateral support to the knee while helping to prevent the brace from rolling, slipping or migrating. The open patella helps to remove pressure from the kneecap while aiding in stabilization & support.
