The Visco-Elastic Support Ankle Brace is made with our unique 4-way stretch tubular elastic. There is a "J" shaped gel pad sewn into the each side of the support which surrounds the malleoli (ankle bone) and help to provide protection and intermediate compression to the soft tissue of the ankle. Visco-elastic gel has a massaging effect that can help reduce swelling of the ankle. The graduated compression and over all anatomical shape of the support brace help to improve circulation and can help promote healing.
