The Alpha Medical calf and shin splint brace with compression support is an eleven inch long by 1/8" thick neoprene sleeve that tapers to match the anatomical shape of the calf, shin, and lower leg. The neoprene is laminated with a soft nylon material that improves comfort to the calf and shin. The calf & shin support is designed to help with the symptoms of shin splints, calf muscle pulls, Achilles injuries, and more. The compression support can help prevent new injury and can help reduce the risk of reoccurrence or worsening of old or existing injuries. In addition to prevention the heat retaining properties with compression can be helpful in the healing process of the calf, shin, & leg.
