Application Instructions:
Use one hand to hold one side of the Rib Belt in position. Use the other hand to stretch the Rib Belt around chest. Secure with velcro closure.
Care Instructions:
The Rib Belt can be machined washed with mild detergent. Lay the Rib Belt flat to dry. Do not use a hot dryer or iron on the Rib Belt.

I cracked several ribs. I had a rather old rib belt which I used until this one arrived. This is nicer, with better fit. And it is easier to put on because it is more rigid. The old one would flop about, making it hard to reach especially for one with cracked ribs.
