The Dual Stay Neoprene Knee Brace With Open Patella is made from durable 1/8" neoprene with a nylon covering on both the inside and outside of the brace. There are two spiral stays sewn onto each side of the brace that provide additional support to the medial and lateral sides of the knee while helping to maintain the shape and position of the brace. There are two Velcro ™ adjustable straps on above and below the knee that tighten in opposite directions for a neutral pull. The patella buttress can be cut and altered to provide a customizable fit for supporting lateral patellar subluxation.
