Our 4-way stretch elastic provides uniform compression to the calf and shin while the anatomical shape helps with comfort and blood flow. The calf and shin support is ideal for runners and other athletes looking for support without the bulk and weight of neoprene. Size Guide Measure around the leg 4.5 inches below the center of the knee cap. Small 11"-12" 28cm-30cm Medium 12.5"-13.5" 31cm-34cm Large 13.5"-14.5" 34cm-36cm X-Large 14.5"-15.5" 37cm-40cm Application Instructions: Pull the Calf Support Brace up the leg to just below the knee at the most comfortable point.
